Lauren Sparks, PhD, dLLP

Accepting New Patients

Struggle is part of what it means to be human. Many of us deal with significant stress related to struggles with communication, parenting, relationships, anxiety, depression, or trauma. I am an experienced therapist who helps clients learn to cope with difficulties and challenges while exploring the historical and relational reasons behind their struggles. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced traumatic events in their lives and are looking for a way forward. I also have worked extensively with children and adults who have ADHD.

I offer evidence-based interventions for children, teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families. I work from a variety of therapeutic perspectives, but I care most about the relationship between us and how that can help address the difficulties you bring forward. I work hard to provide a safe space for you or your child to learn, struggle, and grow.

I also offer psychological evaluation services, including psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational evaluations, to improve diagnosis and treatment outcomes. For more information on this service, please click here.

Let's talk. I am excited to work with you!
